Brupages provides an online platform that allows users to:
- Browse and search for businesses listed in Brunei Darussalam
- View business profiles and contact information
- Claim existing listings to manage their own business page
- Register new business listings by subscribing to a paid plan
Brupages acts only as a directory and connection platform. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or communication between users and listed businesses.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Brupages reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is used for unlawful activity.
4.1 Created by BruPages
Brupages may create business listings using publicly available data or business information collected through research.
If your business is listed and you wish to take ownership, you may claim your listing by subscribing to a paid plan.
4.2 Claimed Listings
Once a business claims its listing and pays the applicable subscription fee, it gains access to update its profile, upload content (such as logos or photos), and manage its details.
4.3 Business Content
You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
Brupages may edit or remove any content that violates these conditions.
Brupages offers paid subscription plans for businesses that wish to claim or manage their listings.
- Payments can be made via online payment gateway or bank transfer.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or verified system error.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
Brupages reserves the right to revise pricing, features, or plan structures at any time with reasonable notice.
All content on BruPages—including text, graphics, logos, and layout—is owned by Trex Enterprise or its licensors and protected under applicable laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the site without written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, but by posting it on BruPages, you grant Trex Enterprise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote it as part of the directory.
Brupages makes reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information displayed.
Trex Enterprise does not endorse or verify the businesses listed.
All interactions between users and listed businesses are at their own risk.
Brupages is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from such interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Trex Enterprise and BruPages shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
- Brupages is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Brupages may suspend or terminate user accounts at any time if:
- You breach these Terms;
- You misuse the platform or engage in unlawful activities; or
- Trex Enterprise decides to discontinue or modify the service.
Upon termination, your right to access your account or business listing will cease immediately.
Your use of BruPages is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.
The Privacy Policy is available separately and should be read together with these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brunei’s courts.
Brupages may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users of significant changes by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
